Join Us

We meet every Monday at 7pm on Zoom and Wednesday evenings at 7pm central in person and on Zoom.

Activities include a brief check-in, a teaching, a moving meditation, and zazen (sitting meditation). If you would like an invitation to a Zoom meeting please contact Daiden at dpecaut@gmail.com.
